I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. They changed my room without any trouble and were very understanding when my baby broke a glass. The hotel has its own private parking area and security guard which is great. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the air conditioning worked well. The cafe in the hotel garden serves great fast food and hot and cold beverages, and the service was quick. I loved the welcome drinks they provided upon arrival.

The hotel is located outside the city, which makes it a quiet place to relax, but not very convenient for visiting the main attractions. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with decent air conditioning. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay more comfortable. the food quality and service need improvement.
The hotel suffers from power outages, which can be inconvenient at times.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the peaceful location and comfortable rooms. The staff was courteous and addressed our complaints promptly. The room service was quick and the cleanliness was impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival, and the serving style was unique and impressive.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the food quality needs improvement, and the staff should be more helpful towards exhausted travelers.
